Cancellation and Refund Terms

✅ 30 Days or More Before Scheduled Session
If you cancel 30 days or more in advance, you are eligible for a full refund of any fees paid.

✅ 15–29 Days Before Scheduled Session
If you cancel 15 to 29 days in advance, you are eligible for a partial refund (typically 50% of the total fee, unless otherwise specified in your program terms).

✅ 7–14 Days Before Scheduled Session
If you cancel 7 to 14 days in advance, no refund will be provided. However, we will reschedule your session to the next available date at no additional charge.

✅ Less Than 3 Days Before Scheduled Session
If you cancel less than 3 days (72 hours) before the scheduled session, no refund or rescheduling will be offered. This is due to the preparation, commitment, and time reserved by our coaches.

Special Cases

We understand that emergencies or unforeseen situations can arise. If you experience an exceptional circumstance (e.g., medical emergency, natural disaster), please contact us as soon as possible. We will review such cases on a case-by-case basis and may offer flexibility at our discretion.
